It scares me personally. We have people from Canada and other countries who are trying to overturn this type of healthcare. People from Canada travel here to the U.S. seeking treatment because so many of them die waiting for treatment. This country was founded on freedom and if doctors are all paid the same why should they spend so much time and money specializing in medicine?
I don't know enough about it to have a strong opinion. I wish I would make the time to do more research and follow politics closer. Maybe after I graduate I can devote a little more time into following the upcoming election.
I do not know that much about Obamacare to weigh its pros and cons. I wish the government would pay for our healthcare that would really nice since they want everyone to have it.
What a question! I'll say this...there are pros and cons. It's impossible to find a plan that works perfectly for the billions of people that are participating.
All we can do is lobby/participate and pray for the wisdom of the decision-makers.
I like the previous name of Affordable Care Act. Seems like changing it to Obamacare smacks of politics at its worst.
